“I booked in for the first time and for a complete restyle, which was something that I was very anxious about, but Kelly made the whole experience great and I felt like a completely new person by the time she was done. Definitely the best salon experience I've ever had, so thanks again Kelly!”

“I came to Kelly's Hair for a cut and blow dry before a big event in London. My last hair cut was nearly 18 months ago so you can imagine how damaged it was. My stylist, Caitlin, really listened to what I wanted, and was realistic about how much she needed to cut to rejuvenate my hair. I was delighted with the final look—straight blow-dry with a slight curl on the end—and my hair feels so much healthier.”

“What I really appreciate about this salon is that they are fabulous at creating very trendy and artistic hair cuts and colourings, but at the same time they are also very good at catering for simpler requests for traditional hair cuts, with no colourings or fancy styling. The lady who cut my hair, Tuc, was great, kind, calm and completely understood what I was after. The result is a hair cut that suits my face, is easy to maintain and goes with the natural texture and nature of my hair. Perfect for me!”

“Booked a cut only with Manny (which includes rough blowdrying). It's my first time getting long hair blowdried at a hairdresser's in the UK and it's partly on me for not realising that the blowdrying was a bit too aggressive for my hair type and personal preferences and the hair was too dry and frizzy afterwards. Should've asked for the drying to stop once my hair stopped dripping and then just let it air dry. Otherwise happy with the trim and the customer service. I was offered a glass of orange juice and it was really nice!”

“I'm a very nervous customer, but Kelly and her staff were 10 out of 10, their care and kindness goes way beyond what one would expect from a hair salon. Kelly took her time, and let Me take My time, talking through what can be done. The cut I was given was amazing, so much so I booked another app before I left.”
