“Keengardener good service and excellent dispatch time. Treated myself to a heated propagator and looking forward to trying it out soon. Can’t say as much for the courier who left the parcel on my neighbours doorstep and card informing me of where it was through my neighbours letter box!! She had no idea it was there!”

“Purchased online a set of sparkling crowns. Queried functionality. Told that they were working correctly and was sent a video of the multicoloured multifunctional set which was not the set that I purchased. Did not respond to my email. Dissatisfied with customer care.”

Hi Heidi, Thank you for your review, we can confirm we have reviewed this and we can see that we emailed you on the 4th January at 9:18am with a video attached of the identical product that you purchased which was white and the video demonstrated how the Crowns lighting pattern was as was requested. To this email we sent you we received no further contact from you and do not currently have anything outstanding on your tickets. Please do get in touch with our customer service team if you have any further queries. Kind Regards The Keen Gardener Team
