“Was delivered on time. Had a bit of an issue with the wheel that turns wick up and down very stiff for athritic fingers, lost the wick in the bottom of the container but easy to replace new one that i had from old heater.working well now”

“Exceptional service. Sent for a screw on hose connector but when arrived which was quick it was the wrong size. I got in touch with Keengardener, who got back straight away. No problem a refund would be sent and not even have the hassle of sending it back. The refund was issued in no time. Excellent service.”
