“Great prices but your sales team ought to be familiar with the product l thought there was a ring missing that went in the table around the sun umbrella. Both customer service men said they had discontinued it but gave me Hartman’s number on ringing them they said should be one and sent me a replacement.”

“Ordered a Victorian lean to Greenhouse, arrived on time, well packaged inside a wooden crate, unpacked to find no parts missing. Instructions were a bit vague, but constructed it with no problems. Very pleased with it.”

“When I received my order I tried to assemble it. But no matter how I tried,and other people also tried, nothing would line up. So I am requesting a refund. “Thought for the price it would be a bit better made. The instructions were so wet that when unwrapped parts of them were unreadable. Also it would be better if the delivery people spoke English!! Altogether not as good as expected especially as it was expensive!!!!!”

“Items arrived very promptly, well packaged to protects the items. The only reason I have not rated very good is because the items were for gifts and on the photo for the products they were in a glossy box which showed the items inside, however they arrived in plain brown boxes, so you had to open and put together before you really knew what is was. I wouldn't mind if just for me, but would have like them in the better displayed box as gifting. Couldn't fault the actually product or service provided by keengardener, would recommend.”
