“Purchased a Palram greenhouse. Missed delivery as no notification of arrival date. Had to rearrange with courier and then wait all day. Received package intact. Haven't yet constructed greenhouse. As arrived earlier than stated 'gòod'. Would order again from them.”

“The product was delivered on time and was as advertised. However there was a fault with the machine which we reported. The fault on its own wasn't a big problem but when we reported it we were asked to contact the manufacturer direct which I thought unusual. An exchange machine was provided which is not faulty and has been used by us and we very happy with it.”
