“Second time I've dealt with this firm and on both occasions involved fairly high cost items (Rubicon shed and Campingaz BBQ). The staff are very accommodating and friendly and the service is superb. They're SO much easier to deal with than the likes of Amazon and items are priced just as competitively. It was great to be able to simply pick up the phone then pop a quick email together to arrange for a couple of missing screws to be sent out for the BBQ and within a few days I received 2 full bags of screws directly from France for the entire appliance, which is incidentally a superb piece of kit. Overall highly recommended!”

“Delivery of our mower was very prompt and efficient. It works perfectly although a little heavy for a push mower but it is a large cut. The grass collectionbag is under size for the cut but a bigger problem is that the cable is too short for our garden even plugged into the shed power point.”

“I’ve always had excellent service but recently I ordered a. Buschbeck cast iron grill on the 6th August 2021, it’s now the 27th August and still no grill, not even a mail to say it’s been delayed. I wouldn’t mind if you told me that there’s a delay, I’d understand with COVID and brexit but it’s the not knowing that frustrates me. I’ve dealt with yourselves before and you were excellent but this time not so..”
