“The product I purchased was a present for my son so I can’t review the item itself but the price was very competitive. One complaint is with the courier service, the box was open and damaged, and when my wife asked them to wait while she checked the contents weren’t damaged or missing they ran away!”

“I purchased a self-assembly herb wheel which came directly from the supplier. Unfortunately there were defects on two pieces. I rang KG who immediately arranged for the supplier to send replacements. A customer service team who really gave true customer service. I would have no hesitation in using KG again.”

“Good product reasonably priced and good service. My only issue was with the delivery company as although Keengardener had marked the box ‘ handle with care ‘ the delivery company managed to badly damage the packaging. Luckily the article was okay.”
