“I have received my Cascade Pon Pump in good time and in good order, for which I am grateful, but: I had expected it to be solar and it was mains driven, and you had no solar ones to offer, even though my last Cascade was solar; and, I would have liked to order the tubing to turn the pump into a cascade rather than a fountain, but could not find anywhere to order tubing on your website, so that was also disappointing. I will try you again when need arises.”

“We were getting free delivery on the compost and the cherry tree was delivered with it and we got charged for delivery for the tree. Not very happy about that.”

Thank you for your review I think you may have the wrong company. We offer free delivery on orders over £75 and you order was for 2 lights totalling £90 with free delivery.

“I first purchased the bottom end range of the heated propagators as most others were out of stock and found the product first class for the price. On viewing your site a few days later I noticed you had the unit with thermostat so I purchased that and gave my first one to my daughter. This one was although more expensive excellent for the price and over the cold period my seedlings have emerged and are looking great. Also delivery was rapid and have no regrets on either purchases. 5 stars.”
