“I ordered a gas BBQ and received great customer service to ensure I would receive the purchase on the day I wanted it. Sadly the delivery company used a third party to deliver it and they managed to ‘lose’ it....really?...Keengardener however stepped up and without any hesitation replaced the ‘lost’ BBQ and had it delivered next day. Fantastic service, help and response to the situation...thank you to Nicky who I spoke to on a daily basis helping me out.”

“Have 3 allready ,the 4th completes the set now,i have them in wooden frames with 2 x 52cm propagator lids which fit perfectly (THERE SIMPLY THE BEST)”

“They had the greenhouse I wanted in stock when everyone else had sold out and it was cheaper and with no delivery charge. It arrived within a couple of days. Thrilled with the stock and service.”

“Shed looks good when assembled. Initially felt very flimsy but more sturdy now put together. Some pieces were difficult to align so needs someone with experience to assemble. Can move once assembled which is good. I was disappointed re: delivery as i was emailed on the day to say it was arriving but I was at work so they left it by the gate. Fortunately I live in a quiet cul de sac.”

“Excellent customer service. I ordered 2 packs of rootrainers, but only one packet was despatched. A call to Keengardener, easy to speak to a person and the order was corrected immediately. Rootrainers excellent for starting seedlings, these to replace some I bought over 10 years ago. Quality remains good.”
