“Table and chairs exactly what we wanted at a good price. Only hiccup was delivery was arranged for a convenient day when two people would be at home but goods were delivered two days earlier. Not a big problem but was a surprise albeit nice!”

Excellent communication (kept up to date every step of the way by email). Excellent delivery (arrived very quickly and followed instructions exactly). “Very happy with item purchased. Delivery ?? - emails received about arrival of parcel, but delays kept happening. Was informed each time. Just as well I hadn't stayed in especially for parcel to arrive on first specified date. Eventually arrived in timescale given but whole deliver was c48 hours later than first informed. This was not the fault of Keengardener.”

“Great choice of goods excellent quick delivery. We wanted a garden shed and sold out everywhere, managed to find one on Keen Gardener site rang to check definitely in the country and in stock ready to dispatch and couldn’t be more pleased. Shed arrived day after. Not managed to put it up yet due to weather but sure all will be ok when we do”
