“Really happy. You judge a company with how they respond if something is wrong. Its easy to say 5 stars when everything goes right! Well first they delivered next working day when I thought it would take over a week! So great start and easy to follow delivery updates. I did an itinary check and one of the diagonal support bars was missing so I called them (you can also call palram directly). Withing 2 days the item had arrived as a pack so I had a few extras. This is all far faster than the original delivery time scale! They were great over the phone and I did an honest review of the greenhouse and once published I linked for the free item offer from palram. My free item also arrived within 3 days. I will certainly buy from them again. A very stress free purchase!”

“They offered the best price and free delivery. Shed was delivered on time and was very easy to install. It looks pretty good and is water tight. Love the roof which looks black from outside but semi clear inside to let in the light. Only minor quibble is that the doors are a bit flimsy.”

“A very willing and helpful company - when one of the two wooden obelisk sets I ordered arrived without its crossbars, I rang to request they be sent on, and was treated with good manners and courtesy, received an apology and told they would send the missing pieces on as soon as they had more stock - when I asked how long that would be I was told two weeks, and lo and behold two weeks after my call the replacement pieces arrived in the post. As for the obelisks themselves, well - you need to make one up to find out that the instructions aren't the best way to do it - by the time I got to the second one I had decided to do it my own way and it went together much more easily.”

“the order came quickly which included a vivid arts "real life standing lamb" which not only looks good but was packaged really well.having looked at this sort of product on other websites the reviews indicate this does not always happen”
