“The service was excellent, the product was tricky to assemble because the UK plug is fixed to the wire and the AC adaptor is bulky so it is difficult to install outside. We had to buy a new outdoor waterproof plug socket as we couldn't get plug through hole of existing waterproof housing, and it was difficult to find one large enough to hold the bulky AC adaptor. A better design would be an adaptor that could be released from the cable. Also the pump is not silent, pendant never going to be, so impossible to create a natural stream atmosphere.”

“Very pleased with the patio set. Son put the table together with no problems. Had the phone call to arrange date (within specified delivery time), didn’t get a call on the day of delivery though. Delivery driver put set in garage for us.”
