Hi Claire When you placed your order on the 17th November you selected Click and Collect from our store in Liverpool. Your order was prepared and ready for collection the following day and we notified you via email the same day that its ready.

Hi Claire We spoke last week and I advised you had chose click and collect in error , we have sent you a postage invoice which you have now paid and your order has been posted.
