“From start to finish the team were friendly, efficient and helpful and made the booking process a breeze. The team even sent me a 'Miss to Mrs' memory book to capture memories of my sisters Hen Weekend which was very touching and generous.”

“Amazing company who were approachable and so helpful. Booking was a breeze and any questions I had, were dealt with straight away. Communication was on point with regular emails coming through to remind of payments, how long we had left and getting everything ready etc. They even sent a complimentary guest book and postcard leading up to the event, which was a lovely gesture and was used over the weekend for our hen. Cannot recommend using Kate and toms for any house booking!! All the staff I spoke to are lovely and once again thank you so much for helping me organise an amazing hen do for my friend. Will not hesitate to recommend you or reuse you in the future :)”

“We were disappointed by a very late cancellation from another property and Kate & Tom's were able to arrange The Hyde as an alternative at short notice. They refunded the original payments very quickly and have returned the deposit for this stay within days of our return home. Thank you.”

“It had all we could have wanted at a high level of luxury without appearing to be too smart and off-putting for the children. Every possible facility was used during a raging storm and wind with huge pleasure.”
