Amazing company who were approachable and so helpful. Booking was a breeze and any questions I had, were dealt with straight away. Communication was on point with regular emails coming through to remind of payments, how long we had left and getting everything ready etc. They even sent a complimentary guest book and postcard leading up to the event, which was a lovely gesture and was used over the weekend for our hen. Cannot recommend using Kate and toms for any house booking!! All the staff I spoke to are lovely and once again thank you so much for helping me organise an amazing hen do for my friend. Will not hesitate to recommend you or reuse you in the future :)
