“Even though there was an initial error with double booking , you quickly and professionally resolved the problem . We could not have been happier with the outcome! Kimmeridge Hall was stunning ! A real honour to stay in such a beautiful property - we were overwhelmed by the beautiful art works and furniture and the fascinating historical documents . The bedrooms were all very comfortable with high quality linen and towels and the bathrooms were great. We enjoyed the gardens - having lunch on the terrace, playing croquet and the front lawns were super for rounders and football for the youngsters. The views in the morning from the front bedrooms , drawing room and dining room were out of this world! The welcome from Julie the house manager and her staff was very friendly- she was a gem ! Reassuring too to know she was on site in case of any issues. We wouldn't hesitate to book through you again or to recommend you to others.”

“Fantastic 4 nights at Churchill Wood celebrating my birthday with my family. A wonderful house with absolutely everything we could ask for. There were 9 adults and 5 children and we still felt there was plenty of room in the house. The garden is huge, excellent for kids ... and the hot tub a definite hit with the grown ups! We all loved our stay and would have no hesitation in returning ..... a very big thank you from us all!”

“Amazing house. Great area. Totally wonderful in every respect. Days outdoors surfing, cliff running, body boarding, playing on the beach etc followed by long evenings on the deck watching the sunset and enjoying dinner with family. I honestly cannot recommend the Dunes highly enough”

“Enjoyed a lovely stay at Holmegate House. The property is tastefully decorated, very comfortable , clean and excellently furnished. Everything catered for from crockery to games in an idyllic setting. Surrounded by beautiful villages and coastlines. The local high street of Wareham had everything you need. Thank you.”

“Pedington Manor was the perfect property for a 40th birthday family gathering of 20 people spanning 3 generations! A homely feel to the downstairs provides space to play for the kids and chill out and chat for the oldies. Wonderful dining room and kitchen/ utility with everything you'd need. Bedrooms are much less luxurious, basic really but quite fine nevertheless. We all had a truly brilliant time and would recommend Pedington Manor for any special occasion. We took advantage of Cattle Adventure park and Berkeley Castle too. Close by and good fun for all. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this fab property and hope others enjoy as we did.”

“It was incredible. The house was all the pictures showed Plus more! The rooms were amazing. The small touch of Perrier in the rooms was so thoughtful. Our whole group loved every second. Thank you for everything. It was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone.”

“This was a great position for us, as we wanted to visit the theatre in Stratford, and had not explored the town of Worcester before. Although just off the road, the noise from it was not at all troubling. We had A TREMENDOUS TIME, WITH LOVELY INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SPACES FOR FAMILY (sorry - capitals a mistake) celebrations. We particularly liked the dining room table, and used the kitchen for big meals regularly. The Aga was cumbersome and frustrating, though looked beautiful. Good to have another cooker too. And the living room was big enough for us to do some dancing, including an Eightsome Reel. We were fortunate to have weather to be outside from breakfast to evening hottub sessions - lovely garden. Bedrooms ranged from generous to charming, only 1 en-suite, but all well decorated, and extra put-up beds as needed - the housekeeping staff were very helpful about that, thank you Beds were very comfortable - and thanks for getting in feather-free bedding for our allergic family!”

“We hired Brockington Hall House for our Ruby Anniversary...via Kate and Toms big Party's....The Staff are all exceptionally helpful and very friendly you can feel they want you to have a good time and go out of their way to assist..the Housekeeper at the house was wonderful too... Can't wait to book another....”

“I stayed at Churchill Wood with a group of 11 friends for a long weekend. The house was perfect for our needs. The bedroom arrangements are flexible with some rooms being available as either a double or two singles. Getting that sorted out was a quick phone call and everything was done as requested. The communal spaces - inside and out - comfortably seated our whole party. The large kitchen is well laid out and very well equipped. It's perfect for a lot of people milling around while food is prepared. Plenty of fridge space and two dishwashers was a massive bonus. There was a welcome pack of food when we arrived and all the bedrooms had high end toiletries. One small suggestion for improvement (which is nothing to do with the house) would be to include a bottle of insect repellant in the welcome pack. I never expected to need that in England but came away with a number of nasty bites after a game of croquet! I would recommend Churchill Wood to a large group looking for a comfortable "home from home" to share.”

“We had a fantastic time. First impression on arrival was even better than the pictures. The flowers fruit and cake that were there for our arrival were lovely. We thought about outside visits but over the weekend we were there, the Pool, Ping pong table, pool table, TV and BBQ kept us fully occupied. Beds lovely and comfortable and there was enough space for everyone to have some quite undisturbed time. Everyone was sad to leave. A weekend to remember. Peter”

“Polpier was above and beyond expectations - everything was catered for and even though we had 20 people staying at Penpol and Polpier there was so much space. The pool area was excellent, the only issue was the sunbeds could have have been washed to remove the seagull mess more frequently. All of our guests were very impressed by the house and facilities Many thanks Mike & Gill”

“A lovely friendly company offering top quality accommodation. really impressed with the service offered, all queries were dealt with efficiently and swiftly direct with the owners, which you would not get from a larger company. First class, would definitely use again if we were to think about renting a large top end property again. keep it up Kate & Tom's.”

“The Webbery Barn was excellent accommodation and our only negative comment would be around the quality of mattresses in some of the bedrooms. However the rest lived up to and exceeded expectations. The food provided by Sarah Jayne and team was fantastic and made a wonderful evening for my parents Diamond Wedding celebrations on Sunday.”

“I have found that each of the properties advertised through Kate and Tom's which I have hired has been superb. Springfield House, Polpier House and The Hyde have all been unique, well fitted out and of high quality with helpful owners and generous welcome baskets of local produce. The staff at Kate and Tom's are helpful and are able to give knowledgeable advice about the properties and follow up queries assiduously with the property owners which I have found very useful.”

“It was a privilege to spend a few days at Marsden Manor. It is a beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed grand home set in the rolling Costwolds hills. Swimming pool, tennis court, croquet lawn, table tennis, walking trails setting out from the back of the property, a beer brewery a stone's throw away and even a library of kids' DVDs kept us all occupied during our stay. Kate & Tom's made sure our every comfort was catered for without intruding in any way. Marsden is an ideal place to get away from it all as mobile signals are intermittent and WiFi only covers a select few parts of the property.”
