“Change your cash out menu that is accessible to every remittance institution so the receiver can pick it up anywhere at any cash out remittence offices.They just present the receipt to any remittance offices and get the money without declining that the name of the pick up office is not theirs… so they have to go to the designated remittance office to get the money (example PALAWAN just go to palawan, can’t claim it to CEBUANA) accdg to kabayan, can pick up to any of these pick up instution but NO they don’t honor it!!!”

If your preferred pickup location is unable to service your remittance, please note that your receiver can also claim the funds at other payout centers. These include M. Lhuillier, LBC, Cebuana, Pera Hub, PSBANK, RD Pawnshop, Robinson Department Store, Tambunting, Villarica, or any Metrobank branch. Please remind the receiver to mention Metrobank as our remittance partner when claiming the funds. We are coordinating with our partner remittance center to resolve this matter. “Sometimes good rate though sometimes not the best, but overall, the best online I’ve tried so far. The best I like is paying by e-transfer instead of paying with bank or credit cards, I don’t like using or storing cards online.”
