“I’ve sent money on 22nd October and it’s been a month now money hasn’t been received by beneficiary. I’ve made 4 follow up calls but could not give any answer as to what’s going on as no reply from them. I don’t know how long will I have to wait. Where did the money I sent go? Poor communication, I have to contact them all the time.”

“I have been a member of Kabayan Remit for several years now. I have no qualms about recommending KR remittance services to anyone. The exchange rate is good, arrives on time and the customer service is exemplary. I recently had an issue with sending money over (not KR's fault) but the staff who attended to my complaint didn't leave a stone unturned until the issue was resolved. I'm sticking with Kabayan Remit”

“I’m happy with the service, I should have given 5 star but because of my reward by referring a friend is not available yet until now which I think almost 5 months already. I’m not sure if I ever get it.”

However, to claim the referral reward, please make sure that the following has been completed: 1) Share your unique referral link. 2) Your friend must sign up using the referral link you've sent them. 3) Your friend sends their first transaction with Kabayan Remit. If all steps have been correctly accomplished, the fee will automatically reflect on your account. Unfortunately, if the T&Cs have not been met, the referral fee would not be granted.
