“Waiting time is long to issue the receipt. Furthermore, the exchange rate is too slow for a change even the exchange rate at the markets is high , so I expect a higher rate to proceed with the transaction. Unlike the Asenso Remit , they keep changing the exchange rate several times a day to reflect the market.”

“No one is answering the call and no available agent. How can I resolve the situation during the time I sent the money and there is a mistake? I will not recommend you but instead I will tell the people how bad your service is.”
