“A bit sketchy at first because of E-transfer and some are not used to it since other apps use direct deposit. Overall, a very good app with excellent and responsive customer service. Kuddos to the rep that reached out to me, forgot her name but she deserves a raise.☺️”

“Money remittance is convenient and fast. However, the rewards usage is confusing. It asks me to use the 400 rewards but does not allow me to and it expires in 8 days. Not too customer friendly approach.”

To avail the rewards as a discount on your service fee, the earned bonus points must first be redeemed within the Rewards section of the app. Once redeemed, they can be automatically applied to have a discount on the service fee. Please note that bonus points are part of a rewards program and are subject to an expiration period, which is why they need to be used before it ends.
