“Transaction is delayed for 6 hours and can't even give reason why there was a delay..Customer service just advised you to monitor your transaction online.”

Upon reviewing our system, we can confirm that transactions on the day of yours were processed successfully to the Philippines. However, there was bank maintenance in the Philippines that day, which may have contributed to the delay. “Good service but low exchange rates,and no loyalty reward for users just like me, every week i am sending money using this apps. So it must be equivalent to 3 referrals..waiting for rewards still…if not maybe i will switch to another remittance.😊”

“Im not happy the result of your service. Asking a lot proof of fund etc. and in the end the remittance cancel. Well you just wasting our time. Just so upsetting im not recommending your service to other.”

As a Money Service Business (MSB) regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we are unable to process third-party transactions. This policy is also stated on our website and app. We recommend that your friend create their own transaction to be processed. Upon checking your account, your receiver has their own account. Please rest assured that your transaction will be refunded to your Interac e-Transfer sending account.
