“the new update of set up was more confusing to use. receivers info, history, etc. are hard to see”

“I sent money amounting 4000 pesos for my 8yrs old son birthday,MAY 17 ,. Unfortunately, they received the money after 2days,MAY 19. Sadly he was not able to celebrate a small family dinner,,”

“I sent money to the Philippines on May 21st which, as of today, May 23rd, has still not been credited to the intended recipient’s account. I have made multiple follow-ups, and each time I was told the money had already been credited. However, the recipient personally visited the bank to inquire, and no funds have been received. Your team has since informed me that you are still waiting for proof of deposit from the bank. This situation is extremely frustrating and distressing, as the funds were intended for hospitalization expenses, and the delay is causing serious inconvenience and emotional stress during an already difficult time. I have used Kabayan Remit many times and always trusted your service, but this experience has been deeply disappointing.”
