“I never have a problem regarding my remittances with Kabayan remit . Only some hassles on my few remittances due to their protocols on bigger amounts which is reasonable enough to understand. Over all I give 5 stars to your excellent deliverance of your service.Salute also to your efficient and friendly staffs. Mabuhay po kayong lahat and Merry Christmas!”

“Good service! the only thing is we couldn’t cancel transaction once already processed, but haven’t had picked up the reciever. Sometimes I accidentally sent to wrong person, too bad I couldn’t cancel.”

Hi Marisell, thank you for your review. We apologize that you feel that way. With our intention of fulfilling transactions faster, after creating one, it generally gets forwarded to the bank automatically without human intervention. All of this happens immediately. If all the information is correct, most of the transactions are being fulfilled relatively fast. However, if there are corrections needed, it would require us to contact the bank in the Philippines. Thank you
