“Very poor quality service I not use this remittances anymore again be careful mga kababayan request to refund my money 6 days hindi nakuha ang cash 😞😞😞customer service hindi naman ginagawa ang trabaho specialy sa messenger close account ako dito sa Kabayan remit.”

“Cash collection remittances were very convenient. Unfortunately, I had a few problems with those that I sent to bank accounts which were not available for withdrawal as promised.”

“Reliable....accommodating and helpful customer service...quick ...is it possible if you can notify us when the recipient received the money like before...can we have free of charge on our 5th transaction just saying...God bless and more power”

“I always used to choose to use Kabayan over other remittance services because I could rely on getting a very quick response to any query or problem. Since the new (very nice looking) Website and app I have had more problems trying to make payments with my debit card and struggled to find ways to communicate or make enquiries. For example, it is not made clear on the website that chat now has to be through Facebook Messenger. It's tough on you if you don't want to use that form. I have the email addresses I used before but I don't see them clearly displayed on the site and they don't always reply or reply as quickly as they used to. The phone number is there but you have to search for it with guesswork. I give 4 stars but mainly because Kabayan did respond after a reasonable time.”
