“Its CS is very responsive and always accommodating. The app is user-friendly and the security is top-notch. I just hope that the transaction would be 1-2 business days only. Nonetheless, good job Kabayan!”

“The best part of kabayan remit is their customer service. The staff are always there to help extending assistance through phone calls as well as processing remittances over the phone ( in cases where online doesn't where work). Thank you so much. “My years of experience with Kabayan remit after completing a remittance I usually receive an email and text confirmation. For the past remittance, I have noticed I only text or just an email. Is this something new? or does it depend on the Kabayan staff who took my call? Would prefer both text and email. Thank you”

“The money we send arrives on time. But how I wish we can pay directly to Kabayan Remit and not thru a third party so we don’t pay Interac transfer fee to our bank and Kabayan Remittance fee.”
