“I been your customer for a long time & I find your service is very good except lately because twice already i send money to the Philippines & it did not go through & I need to contact you to redeposit it. I don’t like it because it’s a waste of time for me & i feel it looses my credibility as a good customer to them. If this thing happens again I’m afraid that i will transfer another remittance company. I still give you rate you 5 star because your were good for many years & lately you fail me. Hope you will improve instead of failing little by little.”
