“The Problem with Kabayan is that they use Metrobank who on occasions will hold a transaction for verification even though you have sent successfully to that recipient many times with kabayan before. Then they delay dealing with it for many days. Kabayan are helpless in the fac eof this and get nowhere with their attemots to fix the problem.”
