“I was a happy customer of Kabayan Remit until today. They cancelled my transaction without any prior notice. I tried to email them and let them explain their side. The customer service said that they can cancel a transaction anytime. I asked them about a policy about it but could not provide proof. Upon discovery, they cancelled my transaction after the exchange rate was lower than my requested transaction. After what happened today, I could not trust this company anymore!”

We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with our service and that you did not feel that we were able to provide you with a satisfactory solution. Please note that the system will automatically delete all unpaid/pending transactions at any time, as stated in the payment instruction email you received after you made the transaction, located in the body of the email. To avoid this kind of incident, we suggest sending the payment right away after you make a transaction. We sincerely hope that this incident will not prevent you from continuing to make a transaction with us. If you have any questions or need help feel free to reach out to us. “Im a ofw for almost 8 years and half in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. When i got my Work Permit here Quebec Canada. I wonder which remitance app should i used. And i researched i found the kabayan remit app. Since I arrived last January 2024 every salary which I transfer in saving i user the app. Its a trustworthy and reliable remitance app. Walay hassul diritso sulud sa imoha bank account😅”
