“The exchange rate is higher compared to others but the price for sending money is more. It is very quick and easy to send money.”

Hi Averille, thanks for your feedback. We may not be the cheapest money transfer provider out there (not yet). Still, we're always working behind the scenes on finding innovative ways that will lower the fees while offering outstanding services for our kababayan.

“Good service! With my busy schedule, its hard for me to drop by and send money in person. However, with Kabayan, its very convenient to use the app and etransfer the payment. I’ve been using Kabayan (Asenso) Remit since 2019, sending from Canada. I also referred some of my family and friends. The customer service is open 24/7, which means, any time even at 2am. They will help you. Quick to response and professional.”

“Everything went wrong every time I try to send money. I have used Asenso Remit for many years without problems, but now with kabayan I will never send again. I will find another remit co. This new system is ridiculous.”

“between my bank and you i have been messing around for along time. approve payment and you say something went wrong try again later, i have with the same results when are you going to learn its people you are dealing with not bloody computers”

Please note that as a Money Service Business (MSB) regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we are legally required to check our customers' documents from time to time, especially when sending large amounts. It is also indispensable to understand where customers have obtained the money, they are using to carry out transactions. It is an integral part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and vital to AML/CFT compliance. In addition to establishing the source of funds, as part of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) were also required to take adequate measures to establish the source of clients' wealth.
