We'll always do our best to deliver your money to your loved ones as quickly as possible; however, as a Money Service Business (MSB) regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we are legally required to check our customers' documents from time to time. It is also indispensable to understand where customers have obtained the money they are using to carry out transactions. It is an integral part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and vital to AML/CFT compliance.

“Gone are the days looking for the quickest way to send help to the RP !since most of my relatives don’t possess a bank account, this is the best place to do it my remittance is safe comes directly on same day , and Idont need to come out of my home! Am very satisfied.”
