“They insisted the email that no longer existed and don’t refund the money. Proof of my transactions of e transfer already sent to them but they don’t acknowledge it. They have given me a hard.”

“They keep asking the proof of fund everytime i send my money to my own Philippine bank acct. not knowing that can have access on my bank account information. Not cool”

“This platform of remitting money is very fast, convenient and cheaper service charge compared to the regular remitting store. Their customer service staffs are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in a timely manner. The only thing is that their exchange rate is a bit lower.”
