“Recently, there has been a notable increase in the frequency of delays, which is having a detrimental impact on operational efficiency. “Have always found all staff extremly helpful and very polite. the only criticism is that very occasionaly I have a problem hearing your operative , this I suspect is either caused by not speaking directly into the microphone or indeed it could be the system itself. this does not detract from the stirling service.
