“I use Kabayan Remit primarily because I can always talk to them 24/7 if there are any issues with transfers or my status and they always get resolved in the end. They are generally very quick to process transactions though unfortunately on occasions are let down by their partner banks. This of course is annoying when it happens but at least one can keep in touch until the matter is resolved, unlike some of their competitors who give intermittent customer service responses or none at all or who simply don't answer or just cut the enquirer off.”

“When Iam sending money kept repeating the same question, when I have done the transaction they’re sent me late notification, When I already updated my occupation kept asking me to update it when I tried to log in to my account”

“Been using Kayaban for 5 plus years - only ever had 2 problems, both of which I caused, both a while ago. The UK based team were extremely helfpul and easy to talk to. I rather wish my UK banks were as good!”
