“Hi good day, i have some issues or concern if ever you have a transaction if you can still retrieve back the money if not yet being collected. I have some issues by accident i click paymaya instead of gcash, Now i am having an issue collecting the money itself to maya. If you have connection with them if you can assist your customer to escalate the concern to the money app will be at least very helpful.”
