“I find it hard now. The other day nag try ako i need to call to be assisted with someone. Most of my recipient i cant fine it. Ewan kung ano ngyari. Mas maganda yung dati.”

“You have the rewards program, but once you click in the points as per instructions , it does not go thru or cannot even use it until it expires . It would always say will be applied on the next transaction but it doesn't . A lot of points have expired and was not able to use it So I'm thinking of changing into another app to send money . I would appreciate if you would look into my concern about this rewards program . Thank you”

“I always send money thru bank credit with Kabayan Remit. They are reliable, the money is quickly transferred to the receiver ‘s bank account. On top of that their fees are reasonable and the exchange rate competitive”

“I send money to the Philippines every week. Kabayan Remit is the cheapest and quickest way to transfer money to Philippines. I have been sending money to the Philippines for at least 5 years very successfully with Kabayan Remit. When I have needed to contact them, not very often, I get through quickly to a Filipino that speaks excellent English. The only occasional issues I have is when they update their systems but after a phone call I am back on track. Very secure, very safe, very quick, excellent rates.”

“You’re asking too much documents and questioning where we get our money which kinda insult to our part. Your rate is competitive compare to other remittances companies, however it’s hassle if you’re asking a lot of documents. There was one time , I am sending money and it’s emergency, but I still need to comply lots of emails before my remittance will go through. What if one of my family died because they did receive the money right away because I need to comply lots of docs.”
