“Sent a remittance Wednesday did not go through so I called and they amebded it to be picked up instead pf credit to acct. I got a text saying its now ready for pick up and it came with a new ref no. Only to find out it should be the original ref no. and just texted me the wrong one. Fast forward to Sunday evening my sister went to pick up using the original ref no and was told its not yet available.”
