However, upon checking on our record today, your transaction has been available for pick up in the Philippines within 1hour after we received your payment. Thank you

Hi Karl Henry, thank you for your feedback. Kabayan Remit provides low service fees and high exchange rates compared to other money remittances. Based on our current campaign, you can refer your friends to earn 80CAD once you refer three people to lessen the total amount to pay on your transaction. Thank you

It would be better if you remove service fee and have an option for economy that is longer to take but with free service fee.

I did two transactions 8hours ago. I send the money on both transaction right away. But only 1 transaction succeed!!!! My parents needs the money already!!! It’s been 8hours man!!!!

One transaction is via credit to the account, and the other is via Cash Collection, which is still available for pickup. Please let us know if the transaction is meant to send via Credit to Account, not for Cash collection. Thank you

I wish we can pay directly within your website to avoid the transfer fee charged by our bank just like Western Union, World Remit. Zoom Etc.

In general, Kabayan remit, used to be Asenso remit, is a great remittance company. I have been satisfied with the fast delivery and outstanding customer service. The only flaw that I found so far was their referral program. I had a technical issue and they were unable to resolve it, so I didn't get paid. Although the referral fee is not big of a deal, it's just not encouraging to exert the extra effort convincing other people to switch to them. I'm still using this service though, I send $1000 almost every month.

I made a remittance that required a re-checking of identity and proof of funds. said requirements were sent same day as remittance but actual remittance took 5 days before it was credited to receiver's account

Customer service in fb messenger was horrible take hour and hour before they reply they even hold you and ask you to wait for their call but will not call you back this is so hard specially when you are working i hope all the customer service representatives will be change asap and gave time to answer all inquiries and i hope watsup number will be active again like before easy to communicate and call not like the services this past few months horrible

I was disappointed when I sent money for my family in the Philippines last Sunday and My mother wasn’t able to receive it last Monday which she needs money to buy for her medications and pay some bills. Kept on following it up and yet she received it just yesterday (Friday).

Please be advised that we take great care in ensuring that every feedback from our customers is thoroughly investigated. We always aim to deliver our customers' money as safely and quickly as possible; however, the delivery time may be affected due to different factors. We used Bancnet Instapay to process your transaction, which is a system operated by Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas. That system is, in a way, serves as a bridge for various Philippine banks so your money can be sent faster (it can take as fast as a few minutes). Then the feedback, if the transaction is credited or undelivered (e.g. account number provided does not exist, returned by bank), will be coming from the recipient bank, which in this case would be Bank of the Philippine Islands. We initially received a report from BPI stating your transaction has been credited, so we updated your transaction's status on our end likewise. When you told us that it was not yet credited, we made an initial inquiry to the bank, but we were advised it was credited and for manually crediting on BPI's side. We hope this gave you a picture of how we coordinate with different parties to process transactions. For this particular case, we heavily relied on your recipient's bank for feedback as well as when and what actions we will take next. However, even the erroneous processing was not caused by us (stated not to point fingers but to establish accountability), we understand that you did not have a good experience. So far im satisfied with your service but sometimes when I’m sending through Gcash it’s always delay and didn’t come on time and when I request about the copy of persons name I’m sending money it takes ages as well so I hope you are going to take action about this thanks!

went to your website (www.kabayanremit.com) using my laptop to send money. after putting my username and password it immediately directed me to app.kabayanremit.com and showed a code which i need to scan using the 2FA mobile app. The app is not free. i tried this several times. the first time i was able to speak to an agent, she said to go to the website, which i did, but then again it goes back to the 2FA code. i tried to call your number again several times and i waited for more than 5 mins but no one was answering the call.

Sometimes it takes a while to be in the que to send money with assistance thru a phone call but once answered it goes on quickly
