“Yet to receive all items on 16th jan despite ordering on the 2nd jan when all items were shown as in stock. Communication had been poor and have had to chase numerous time. No date currently provided for delivery of remaining items”

“Sadly a 2 on this occasion and all because of the very poor delivery experience. Disappointingly as DPD generally v good. I complained using online chat to DPD - not worth my time! He eventually just stopped talking to me! I emailed Dawson’s twice about the delivery experience on Friday and no reply yet - it’s PM Tuesday;(”
