Unfortunately most of the Vantonà Nerrisa Curtains were packed in right handed pairs.The curtains should meet in the middĺe with a fŕill on both left and right curtains. It's not easy to get a response from Dawsons.They were needed for Christmas.

Received two Christy bath sheets that stank of dampness and mould so had to put them in a boil wash on arrival. Told customer service who pretty much couldn't care less that it cost me to make the product fit for purpose. After the wash, threads and pulls are already visible so would never buy again.

The cotton is thin and not as soft as previous Sanderson duvet covers I have bought. I only purchased this because I was looking for quality linen. Disappointed.

Ordered duvet cover in clearance. Wasn't sure whether pillow cases included so rang department store. I was told definately included. Cover arrived but no pillow cases. I never returned as postage would have cost me around 10 pounds. I wasn't impressed

Good quality but the colour is a lot darker and greyer than the photographs. I was trying to match them to my current bathroom colours. There isn't an option for 'Not as described' or a free postage return. Just an option for Wrong Colour or Not Suitable

Normally, items ordered are correctly delivered, however last order placed with Carol at 1.15pm on 1st may JD903822 was incorrect when it arrived on 5th MAY - TODAY 9TH MAY still waiting to here that this large expensive order will be rectified.

Well the discount was great and the service was swift but I had assumed the item was perfect as nothing was said to the contrary. When the bedspread arrived it was soiled all along one edge - it looked as though it had been on display. I emailed customer service to point out that I was disappointed that the condition/soiling was not mentioned pre sale. The response I received thanked me for pointing this out. No apology or suggestion that they would mention condition in future sales where appropriate. Bit of a shame really.

Just Linen arranged for the item to be sent quickly but it arrived in a dreadful state, covered in a black grease like substance and smelled of dirty oil. Inside the package the duvet cover in it's packaging also smelled of grease/oil and the outer cover had traces of a black grease like substance. I think that it is time that you changed your delivery company as the parcel was delivered by a man not wearing a mask. Totally unprofessional!

Yet to receive all items on 16th jan despite ordering on the 2nd jan when all items were shown as in stock. Communication had been poor and have had to chase numerous time. No date currently provided for delivery of remaining items

Sadly a 2 on this occasion and all because of the very poor delivery experience. Disappointingly as DPD generally v good. I complained using online chat to DPD - not worth my time! He eventually just stopped talking to me! I emailed Dawson’s twice about the delivery experience on Friday and no reply yet - it’s PM Tuesday;(
