“I purchased a Nimbus bronze 13.5 tog super king duvet. They were by far the cheapest I could find anywhere online at the time. Despite their website being unorthodox to navigate, don't let that put you off. I had my duvet delivered a few days after purchase and when I went online to check the listing, they were offering an additional 20% off. I contacted their support and without any nonsense had the extra discount retroactively applied and refunded to me. This landed in my account two days later. I can't rate their customer service higher!”
