“The quality is amazing but I wish I had studied the colour more carefully. I went for the half price offer but wheat is a bit yellower than I expected. I preferred my previous colour but didn’t look up what it was ! My mistake ! Never had more luxurious towels !”

“Well the discount was great and the service was swift but I had assumed the item was perfect as nothing was said to the contrary. When the bedspread arrived it was soiled all along one edge - it looked as though it had been on display. I emailed customer service to point out that I was disappointed that the condition/soiling was not mentioned pre sale. The response I received thanked me for pointing this out. No apology or suggestion that they would mention condition in future sales where appropriate. Bit of a shame really.”

“I haven’t put the duvets on the beds yet! - but they feel lovely. I have 2 new single mattresses and as seems to be the norm these days they are very deep. My only concern is that the duvets will look too short down the sides of the beds(due to the depth of the mattresses). It would be the same with any make of duvet. I look forward to using them and to feel cooler through the night.”
