“Received two Christy bath sheets that stank of dampness and mould so had to put them in a boil wash on arrival. Told customer service who pretty much couldn't care less that it cost me to make the product fit for purpose. After the wash, threads and pulls are already visible so would never buy again.”

“Whoever reads this should be aware that ecookshop and justlinen are all part of the Dawsons Department Store. I didn't know about them before, but the service has been faultless. I ordered two sets of bedding as ours are now starting to wear thin. The automatic communication from this company was great as was the information about the delivery. I assumed that it would be delivered within the time shown on the website, but it arrived earlier than I would have expected. Although I don't often make purchases like this one, I will definitely buy from this company again. Well done!”
