“I found a fault in one of the towels I had ordered = after a pleasant phone call I received another towel the following week. A very good service, will recommend.”

“Nice colours. Nice quality. Not use the towels yet. Had them washed first, lovely and soft. A bit thinner than the thick ones I use. Definitely Avery good bargain.”

“Good website with lots of choice. Emails received when goods despatched & due for delivery. Excellent delivery time, arrived very quickly after order placed. Shame the box was torn open and very poor quality packaging. Fortunately the contents were fine.”

“Great selection of bedding at reasonable prices. Website description & pictures very good. I am very pleased with the quality of the Harlequin bedding I recently purchased. Especially pleased that I was able to purchase duvet cover & pillowcases separately as I find it helpful to have a spare set of pillowcases. Website could be improved by suggesting appropriate plain bedding (fitted/flat sheets) that would match or coordinate with patterned bed sets as it is not always easy to gauge colour online and having to return goods is inconvenient & costly.”
