“Have used Just Linen a few times. Always been pleased in the past but not with the latest purchase (Clarissa Hulse smoke blue duvet set) which I’ve returned. See separate review. There was also a small split in the package but fortunately duvet set not damaged.”

“My son was looking for something very specific and you had a good range of quality cotton bedding on the website which was easy to use. We found a 'dog' print duvet set and ordered this for delivery which was prompt and we were kept informed of progress. Not 5 stars as I felt the price was a little on the high side even for the quality of the item. My son loves it and it was exactly as described.”

“Service is very good 5 stars for that but dropped to a 4 because of returns policy. It was difficult to know the thickness of a product I was buying and it wasn't really quite what I wanted but the returns policy didn't allow me to return it for a full refund which is what you normally get from other distance retailers.... I will make do with the item sent.”

“As always the actual purchase process and quality of goods is extremely good but again i have been very disappointed in their use of DPD as a delivery company and therefore regret on this basis i won’t use justlinen again. My parcel was dumped in a communal foyer of my building and no attempt was made to deliver it”
