“Service is very good 5 stars for that but dropped to a 4 because of returns policy. It was difficult to know the thickness of a product I was buying and it wasn't really quite what I wanted but the returns policy didn't allow me to return it for a full refund which is what you normally get from other distance retailers.... I will make do with the item sent.”

“As always the actual purchase process and quality of goods is extremely good but again i have been very disappointed in their use of DPD as a delivery company and therefore regret on this basis i won’t use justlinen again. My parcel was dumped in a communal foyer of my building and no attempt was made to deliver it”

“Love Sheridan sheets, however, I notice the two I’ve received, are not quite up to scratch with the side seam sewing. They are not straight! The sheets are described as Silver, but to me they have a hint of a lilac tone. Quality control should be addressed as, even at sale prices, they are still not cheap to buy.”

“The choice if linen is excellent an it always arrives quickly, but the packaging was appalling. I am surprised it got here in one piece as it was open, and everything was rattling around in a far too big, flimsy box with one layer of tape to seal!”

“These fitted sheets are a lovely quality and lightweight, which is useful for summer. However, they were advertised as 34cm depth but only measured 30cm. I washed them and only realised the depth wasn’t correct whilst I was ironing them. Perhaps I was sent the wrong ones.”

“I use both Just Linen Dawsons and their separate company Dawsons outlet both are good to deal with and normally if a problem exists it is sorted very quickly. On this occasion, the item of bedding arrived very quickly and was as advertised.”
