“Great selection of bedding at reasonable prices. Website description & pictures very good. I am very pleased with the quality of the Harlequin bedding I recently purchased. Especially pleased that I was able to purchase duvet cover & pillowcases separately as I find it helpful to have a spare set of pillowcases. Website could be improved by suggesting appropriate plain bedding (fitted/flat sheets) that would match or coordinate with patterned bed sets as it is not always easy to gauge colour online and having to return goods is inconvenient & costly.”

“The quality of the products and delivery is excellent. I’ve ordered on several occasions and the really frustrating area (hence 4*) is that you can’t save or favourite products , even when they are in your basket. If you don’t complete the order you have to choose and enter everything again.”

“Received my Helena Springfield sheets, despatch good. Have had many items from you before, all excellent but it is a first that the quality of this falls short of what it truly used to be. This said it is not a Just Linen issue, it is the manufacturer. The stocks/choice seem very limited on the website at present, in particular few bedspreads, is this due to the current climate/ production? In the meantime stay safe”

“Very pleased with the first set of bed linen I ordered. Well packaged and efficient delivery. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the second set of bed linen ordered. Notified of dispatch by Dawson’s, notified by delivery firm it would be delivered Monday, this was later amended to expect earlier delivery on Saturday. Subsequent notifications keep saying delivery has been delayed but no information as to when I might receive it. Phone call to local depot informed me it has not yet left the local depot. It would be nice to know if and when I might anticipate delivery.”
