“Customer service is excellent. When I inspected my two sets of bedding I discovered a small manufacturing fault in the middle. I followed the clear instructions and a replacement was sent out immediately and I have returned the faulty one easily. The replacement is perfect as expected. It is my 3rd set of Vantona bedding as I have found it very easy to launder and hardly needs ironing.”

“Hi, unfortunately I didn’t receive the quilt cover as the delivery man put it into my blue bin and my neighbour emptied the bin as we were away overnight! When we arrived home I saw a note from the driver saying it was in blue bin. My neighbour wouldn’t have known to check for a parcel. The rating above was compulsory but it does not reflect the services of Just Linen.”

“I phoned to enquire the quickest delivery for a special birthday present. Just linen’s normal delivery is c:5 days due to the volume of orders. However the lady I spoke really went the extra mile by having the items dispatched that same day for delivery within 24hrs. The lady really was so very helpful and cheerful.
