“I heard nothing about my order for 6 days, then got an email explaining the duvet I had placed an order for was now out-of-stock, which was disappointing. However, JustLinen (Dawsons) made up for this by offering a better (more expensive) version of the same duvet at the same price and sending it next day delivery. A nice surprise and very good customer service so I will definitely recommend shopping with them.”
