“Excellent service- ordered online in the few days preceding Christmas during a postal strike and expecting delivery early January but the arrived just 3 days later! Also the only place I could find this style of towel which I wanted to match hand towels I already had. Would recommend”

“I have purchased quite a few items from Just Linen and have always been pleased with the delivery and any information necessary such as a delay if not in stock which happened on my recent order. Also, the prices are very good giving you the opportunity to buy good quality items without paying the full price a plus for everyone.”

“I've always had good service from Just Linens - quality of goods is excellent and delivery has been without a hitch. But this time - what a failure. I ordered goods on 2 December and DPD have rescheduled their delivery no fewer than 10 times. My parcel is sitting in a lorry at the DPD depot and it will remain there because of 'operational issues'. I know its Christmas and yes extra pressure is being put upon delivery services because of the Royal Mail strike. But come on - I live just four miles from the depot, I've been down there to try and get my parcel but its like Fort Knox, no-one goes in and no-one answers the intercom. A right mess.”

“I have bought masses of linen and towels from Justlinen over the years. The quality is superb and the prices are excellent - especially when they have offers on. My only gripe is that I cannot set up an account. I have been asking about this for years, with no success. I would also like to suggest that where you narrow down the search in bedding, an option is to search by fabric. I only like 100% cotton.”
