The one return was because the colour was different in real life than on the website but there was no difficulty in sending the sheets back. “Just linen has always provided a good service. However, DPD does not follow through with delivery customer satisfaction. My latest order was not delivered although my daughter waited in for it to come. Now she is trying to arrange another delivery schedule. Last time they advised that they were ‘running late’ but did not show up at all. It is not the first time that DPD has let us down.”
