“Brilliant linen & towels, first class service, excellent value.”

“A lovely selection of duvets and covers available. I paid with paypal and after 7 days I had to contact Just Linen to ask where my order was - by that time there was one duvet cover I wanted out of stock. Without being able to log in to an account it is difficult to track your order. 2 out of the 3 duvet covers I ordered turned out to be duvet covers - without the pillowcases - only - I have not come across this before and am very disappointed as I have to now go back and order these (if they are still available). I have ordered from Just Linen before without any problem, and although this will not put me off using them again I am still disappointed with the slow service and the fact I had assumed wrongly that it was a quilt set - not just a cover i was ordering”

“The website was very easy to use and I thought the price of the towels I ordered was very good too. Their communication was excellent and the towels arrived very quickly. We haven't used them yet but think they will be very good as they appear to be of such good quality which is what I expected of Vossen towels.”
